Jen – Owner

Jen has been cutting men’s hair in Gig Harbor since 1998. In 2019, she opened The Shop Hair Studio to create a laid-back, friendly space for great haircuts and even better conversations. She’s proud to work alongside a talented team specializing in fades, face shaves, and classic cuts. Jen’s trusty sidekick, Keila the shop dog, is always nearby to greet guests—especially kids—with a wag and a smile.

Mike – Barber

Originally from San Diego, Mike brings West Coast vibes and a winning smile to The Shop Hair Studio. He’s known for his patience, skill with kids' cuts, and a laid-back, friendly approach that puts everyone at ease. When he’s not behind the chair, Mike’s likely talking baseball or catching a game—he’s a true fan through and through.

Charlotte – Barber/Cosmetologist

Meet Charlotte, our undisputed Skin Fade Queen. Known for her precision fades and sharp attention to detail, she brings serious skill to every cut. She’s also a master of the hot towel face shave—complete with steam and relaxation. Clients say the hardest part is staying awake during the service... but we don’t blame them.

Sunny – Cosmetologist

Sunny is our go-to expert for women’s hair and all things blonding. With a natural talent and a deep knowledge of products and techniques, she brings out the best in every client’s hair.
